Tips for Fall Fitness

Fall is the perfect time to start getting fit!  

1. Take Advantage of the beautiful weather.  

Walk, hike, play outside, rake leaves, bike, etc.

2. Start getting in a consistent workout routine.  

3. Walk during your breaks at the office.

4. Give it 30 days. It takes 30 days for your body to adjust to a new routine.  

5. Do something that promotes wellness.  Get a massage, meditate, sleep another hour.

6. Find your motivation.  Find what you love to do and challenge yourself.
